Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

send back items within: 30 days of delivery

I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I carn’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Please bear in mind that colours may vary due to different monitors and screens. Returns are accepted within 30 days when returned in original condition and with any packaging. Please note, shipping fees will not be refunded. If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately so I can remedy the situation. No returns on custom orders, pet portraits, digital items or sale items.

Payment

Did you know you don’t have to be a member to buy through PayPal. All you need is a credit card. - to pay by credit card choose the PayPal option and follow the links to ‘pay by credit card’. Of course we also accept payment by PayPal. Please ensure that your payment is made promptly after ordering (within two days) so that I can get your item shipped quickly to you.

Delivery

I ship within three working days of receiving your cleared payment. Australian customers receive their items via Australian post. Local customers may have their items delivered or by courier. All other customers receive their items via regular mail from Australia post. If customers would like to have their item registered or tracked please ask for a quote prior to completing your purchase.

Additional policies and Facts

Actual artwork becomes the property of the buyer and is for personal use only. Seller retains all rights to the image, including reproduction, licensing and digital. Copyright is not transferred with sale. Buyers may not use, alter, borrow, reproduce or redistribute the image in whole part, without my consent and permission.
